    Jay was born in Texarkana, TX while his father was playing football that night for the Razorbacks. He grew up in Fayetteville where he still lives 52 years later. Jay has been with Superior Nissan for ten years and have never sold cars anywhere else. He was coached by owner Avis Bailey to be the Sales Consultant he is today. He has a great relationship with all of his customers and loves them all. Jay also leads the zone in customer satisfaction. He loves the Nissan product and believes in it thoroughly. When not at work Jay enjoys spending time with his family. He has one son, two daughters, and a new grandson. Jay also loves to fish, play guitar, go to football games, and get together with friends.

    David is a 21 year native to NWA living in Huntsville, AR with his wife Ramona and two sons Devon and Ryder. His customer service began 20 years ago serving the trucking industry. This allowed a welcome transition into the Automotive Industry. Ten years ago he started selling the most innovative products the Industry has to offer. Nissan has something for everybody. From the Industry's first Crossover SUV to the first 100% electric sedan. When not working his true passion is cooking and spending time with his family. He has also been known to blaze a trail with his ATVing buddies.

He has been with Superior Nissan since May 2011 and has loved every minute of it. His interests include basketball, football, and all types of music. On his time off he loves doing activities with his family and hanging out with his close buddies.

He has worked for Superior Nissan since September 2011 and this being his first experience in the Automotive industry. On his time off he loves to spend time with his family, watch and play sports. He is also huge Dallas Cowboys fan!

    Steve is an Arkansas native and avid car enthusiast. After graduating college, he moved away to Colorado to ski and explore the mountains. When not on the slopes, he enjoyed a successful career in real estate sales for over a decade. After returning to Northwest Arkansas to be closer to his family, he decided to put his enthusiasm for automobiles to good use and specifically sought out an opportunity with Nissan. Given his personal satisfaction experiences as a Nissan owner, and Superior's philosophy of offering the best customer experience, it deemed a natural fit. In his spare time, he likes to travel, spend time with his family and take his "four legged children", as his dogs are considered, to their favorite dog park.
